HPD Asia-Pacific HPD
Asia-Pacific was set up at the beginning of 2000 in Sydney, Australia. It is
a branch of HPD Software which provides local pre-sales and post-sales
support to HPD's Asia-Pacific region clients.
HPD has
many clients in the region, including ones in Australia, New Zealand,
Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, India and Sri Lanka.
HPD
Asia-Pacific also provides out-of-hours support for HPD's clients in Europe
and elsewhere.
For example, all overnight processing carried out by HPD Service Centre on
behalf of its outsourced "ASP" clients is checked by HPD Pacific to
see if any action is necessary, ensuring clients are always fully operational
by the start of their business day.
